Car “Range/Average Fuel” sensor is not working properly. Range drops significantly. I drove 24 miles and it drop 20 miles. Average fuel goes up and down, and way too high in a single drive.

Was very quick. Left the car the evening before. Was contacted for what work needed to approve.was done quickley. EVeryone very friendly and courteous.

I thought Rosalina was assigned to my appointment. Apparently it was given to Denise. I had requested to have my sunroof looked at but there was no mention in the report. What exactly is included with an oil change? Is checking the cabin filter included? I declined the service to replace it. It was noted that it was in upside down. Did you at least reinstall it correctly? I had texted Denise if you had a shuttle service. I did not receive an answer. I ordered a Lyft. When I got there, I finally found someone to assist me. I told them Rosalina was assigned to my appointment but they could not find the paperwork because it was assigned to Denise. I thought Denise would appear and let me know how everything went, but I did not see her. Too bad Greg Miller changed hands, little more personal service there. As an aside, I went to the body shop to get an estimate on some bodywork (nothing related to the car while in service. Completely unrelated) they said it would take 20 min for estimate and they would email me. Have not heard back as of today Saturday July 11th. I know it is not your department, just thought I would let someone know. Nothing further needs attention. This is just FYI.

As always, your service members went above and beyond to take care of the issues with my car. Kyle and Edwin are wonderful!

Eduardo is always professional and does a great job. I needed new tires for my truck. He went out of his way to get me the best price on the tires I was looking for, and beat the best offer I had found. Tires look great and truck runs great. Great service!!
