More clear and concise communication between sales,service, and overall team at Norma reeves Honda. Extremely disappointed at the lack of clarity and transparency this dealership has shown. George unfortunately had the opportunity to show more professionalism but failed. There was no need for the phone call about trading in my vehicle. Overall I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt to this dealership but have been proven wrong.
