Please have better customer service at pick up. No one ever provides customer service or cares to ask if help is needed at the service counters. CS reps just walk by and ignore customers.

My overall service was great, but I had no way to get ahold of my advisor while my car was there. When I called, it went to voicemail and that wasn’t answered. If I texted on either number he texted me from, even in response to a question from him, I was not able to get a response. Communication needs improvement.

George was very nice and professional! Although the mistake that occurred was corrected (which wasn’t his fault) it was still very inconvenient. The service recovery was top notch though. Kudos to George!
