Today was the first service of my brand new civic. So there is not much to talk about. Maybe that's why the results of comprehensive inspections wasn't provided.also, when I reached home I discovered that stem cap was missing on two of my tires.

He was really rude and didn’t understand my needs push me to get recall at spot when told him i could do it next weekend. And using the scary method of if your computer shots you down is going to be your fault for refusing to do it at the spot, Also didn’t explain to me I was going to get charge for my oils change when I was told by Alejandra their wasn’t going to be any additional charges. Made me feel really stupid cause am women.

I don't normally leave feedback but it was unpleasant experience with Q.
Other employees were friendly.
My experience with q today: Very poor customer service. Not friendly.
Intentionally hung up on me on the phone.
