I asked to do a 5 tires rotation because i want my spare tire to be in luded in rotation. I got home and saw that the tire that was supposed to be included in the rotation was still on my trunk. Otherwise the other service was ok.

Quite upset by the experience I had. Waited for extremely long time with no communication from service advisor. After over 6 hours was sent an automated text message regarding nearly 800 dollars of recommended repairs, again with no actual communication from advisor as to why, how serious the recommendations were, or how much longer that would make this repair episode take. At that point declined recommendations via text as did not have other info d/t lack of communication. My appointment was at 830, did not leave until almost 4pm (was initially told 3-4 hrs). When car was finally completed, recieved text. Service advisor ignored me while chatting with 2 others. Eventually another advisor saw the situation and signed my keys out to me. I request that a note be put in my file that this service advisor is not assigned to me in the future. If this cannot be done, then please provide list of other service centers nearby

I had a 10am appointment for normal maintenance and check a window molding, yet they never took the car into the shop until after 11:15am and had to wait until after 12:42 to receive my car. Need to come back on 4/1 for a part that needed to be ordered(that is understandable). The tech did not update the “Bluetooth” link so I am still getting a notice that maintenance is due. That’s all for now.

I’ve been there twice in the last year and Richard coordinated my service both times. And both times he was attentive, informative, helpful, and pleasant. Needing unexpected maintenance on your ride is disruptive and stressful, but Richard managed to make the process a little easier. He’s a real credit to your team and while I’d rather not ever need this kind of service again, I know I’m in good hands if I do…

Hannah was excellent! Warm and friendly. Immediately had me feeling like she would take care of me well. Very reassuring. She aLao educated me in a way that was easy to understand. And she helped me look for coupons for the services I needed. I look forward to her being my Service Advisor in the future! And I’m SO glad you have female Service Advisors!!! It’s rare, and it makes a HUGE difference. I will keep coming to Honda for Service as long as you have female Service Advisors!

I had my car serviced during a particularly busy and short-staffed day, and I appreciate how Samuel handled everything. He was communicative, attentive, and made an effort to ensure the process was as efficient as possible, which I really valued. That said, I was disappointed to notice dirt on my steering wheel along with some scratches after the service. While the customer service itself was great, more care with the vehicle would have made the experience truly excellent. Overall, a positive experience thanks to the service advisor, with some room for improvement in vehicle handling and attention to detail.
