He was very polite and informative about the surfaces my car. Got me in and out quickly. I didn't have to go look for him and wonder what was happening with my car, and I appreciate that. once I got the text that my car was ready he gave me my paperwork and my car was already outside. I didn't have to wait another 20 minutes for someone to bring it out.

Ram was super helpful and informative through my entire visit and made sure to keep me in the loop with what was going on with my car, as I had an AC issue. He made the process seamless and was able to get me in and out same day when I expected my car to take longer. I would definitely recommend bringing your Honda to Ram he'll make sure youre well taken care of
