Sam provided excellent customer service. Very professional, respectful, and communicated with me very well. I knew each step of the way what part of the process my car was in. He listened to my concerns and helped me as I reviewed all the recommendations for service. I felt I was in good hands and he represented Norm Reeves very well. I was very satisfied with my experience so far. Hopefully nothing will go wrong and then I will recommend others to your business. Thsnk you Sam, I really appreciate you! P.s. Three different times I interacted on the phone with Adriana, who was pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you, Adriana, too!

I was told service will take 1.5 hors to 2 hours. But it took almost 5 hours, and nobody informed me about delay, until I asked after waiting for hours. Very disappointed.
