Awesome experience with Sam! It’s rare to find a service writer who is also a true car enthusiast. He knows my Civic Si inside and out and always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my car. I really value his advice on keeping it in top shape. If you care about your car, Sam is the guy to see. He is really passionate of the Honda brand and I really respect that... I will definitely be coming back.

Satisfied with service provided only disappoint was cover underneath was not replaced causing loud to be heard as the car speeds up. Happened at 02/2025 service visit also.

The service was great everyone was helpful and friendly, the dealership was very clean and well organized overall it was a good experience, 90+ min was a little long for oil change but you were quite busy.

The technician that helped me, was the friendliest I’ve never encountered. We routinely take our company cars to get serviced and the experiences have not been the quickest or friendliest. Most of the time when we are there for Car Service it feels like we are being tolerated. When we go pick up the car, it’s actually the worst because the representatives make it seems like we are interrupting them make us wait a while and aren’t proactive in assisting us. However, yesterday’s visit was completely the opposite, it was pleasant at drop of a pick up. The technician was excellent and reminded me that there are still quality people out there who genuinely enjoy what they do and make other peoples day.

Negatives:Main issue I came in for of loud metallic rattle is not resolved. Engine had evidence of mice and did not get cleaned like it was supposed to. Trim is not replaced.
Good things: Lyft ride home while car was worked on. Brakes repaired.
Ongoing-Parts ordered, but I doubt pine needles are cause of metal on metal sound.

It was easy to make an appointment checking in wasn’t a problem. The customer car service man was awesomely nice when the car was finished he walked me to my car to ensure that I was good. Tell me what the issue was what they fixed and walked me through the whole process. Great service nice people clean environment. I’d recommend recommended 100% you gotta get your car fixed you might as well go somewhere you can trust.

The prices are outrageous. I was charged $300 for an oil change and basic inspection.
Additionally, I received a scam-like text offering to buy my vehicle. Which was also quoted as having an equivalent balance of repairs needed. Seemed like a con act to me and I will not return.
