Enrique was fine and informative. However whoever did the actual tire rotation left oily hand prints on my white door upholstery. I got no car wash , no charging, and only a hand print for me to clean. Enrique was good.

Everyone I dealt with was rude and I acted like I was bothering them ..several guys stadintng around do nothing so one wanted to help me check ..no explanation of what was done. ..first time dealing with Honda service.and I will NOT ve coming back

They didn’t look into my warranty to see if my ac was under warranty and told me I had to call my warranty for it.
