Karina was very professional, courteous, and swift to provide the details that proceeded the service on my car, providing me with a time frame in which the work would be completed, and giving me a detailed description of all the points describing the condition of my car has illustrated on her computer screen which she shared with me. She even remembered my visit two months earlier with my Highlander, recognizing that I have two cars that are under the two-year care program. I couldn't ask for better service. No one told me my car was ready. I saw it parked by the front and waited for one of the service guys chatting with each other to help me. They said I had to ask the person who helped me when I came in. I said it was Javier and he messaged me that he was leaving. One of the service guys said I was messaged at 430 that my car was ready. I said no. That message said my car was halfway finished and Javier was leaving which I understand if his hours were over. I said to the service guys who finally helped me that Javier should have told someone I was waiting. I don’t think anyone was going to tell me my car was ready. I saw it myself. No one went over the findings of the inspection with me. Not a very nice or friendly visit. Please don’t call me about this. This is all I have to say. I’ll check on possibly another Honda service center. It’s tough because this one so convenient for me.
