Clayton was awesome at what he does. He made notifications for my next visit on what’s needs to be checked and get done such as the brake fluids and transmission. I was in and out of there in no time. Super friendly and does his job well. I’ll be asking for him again next time.

The Service Dept. at Norm Reeves Honda in HB is the only place I bring my car for service. John Le provided excellent service. He came out to my car right away, discussed all the service I needed, and explained the additional service needed. He is a wonderful example of the type of service I receive at Norm Reeves, HB.

Ramez and my assigned technician were very helpful. Answered all my questions and provided me with a complimentary engine detailing to show the difference of the area with the cars previous leaking valves. Will be returning to this location moving forward because of the great customer service and communication I received. Thank you.
