Ernesto Arellano, Was beyond helpful and Very Kind. Also, he was very informative, which i truly appreciated. Ernesto offered me a complementary ride back to work as I was getting service done there. I got an oil change and a transmission flush the same week and he helped me both times. I will definitely be asking for Ernesto the next time I go to Norm Reeves Honda Vista.

Francisco did little to nothing to help figure out why my brand new Mache E has to have the charging session restarted several times before it charges to 90%. All he did was plug it in and give us a lengthy explanation of why it isn’t the car but rather our charger or electrical grid. What?! It just seemed from the start he did not want to help find the issue and completely dismissed our concerns. And this is the first time I’ve ever left a car at a dealer for the day and not at least get a complimentary wash. Zero stars for Francisco and the entire service department. Too many people standing strong and talking and really inattentive and unwelcoming.
