This is the first time I was not satisfied with the service. I never received any updates about my car in the 5 hours I was waiting. I had 2 requests. 1) Replace my windshield wipers. 2) I feel something off when I turn sharply. Please check it out. I received a text that my car was ready. Was charged $1,300.00. No information on either of my issues. The young lady who checked me in was not available. After I paid I asked for info and was told to check with a service tech. I found out that my issue wasn’t resolved but parts were ordered? After checking my paperwork found out that my wipers were not changed. Was told to go into parts and order them and they would install. I’m still unsure when I should come back to resolve the issue. Very disappointed in Norm Reeves Cerritos Hyundai.

I drove from Memphis to San Diego for vacation (so half way across the country.) When I got to San Diego my truck started to make a bad sound. I looked on line for Toyota dealerships and this one had the best reviews and now I know why. They got me in, kept me informed, got me an uber to my camp, and got me out the next day with a plan on how to get home safely. They even offered to speak with my Toyota service team in Memphis to answer questions. If they said they would call me at a certain time they did. Communication and service was amazing. They saved my vacation and kept me for missing any work.

The same error message appears on my dashboard for which I took it in for service. My car spent all day at Hinda and the issue was not resolved. Ibtried speaking with service advisor about 15 minutes after I left and the woman that answered the call said Anthony was gone for the day and no one was available to take my call. I need to take my car back, super frustrating!

Both Mike and Brenden were very helpful. Got everything I needed done for my car. Mike was great with helping get my car checked in and serviced. Brenden was extremely helpful in stepping up to assist when the service department was super busy so that customers didn’t have to wait too long.
