Benito was excellent!! I usually don’t trust dealerships. Out of all the Dealers I’ve sent my kids to tried to take advantage of them. Benito did not. He is an asset to your company.

Louie himself was great! But the problem was with the technicians. They recommended a change of the cabin air filter and engine air filter. I denied and did them myself. When I opened my engine bay to install the engine air filter I noticed that the engine air vent was loose and not attached properly. Upon further inspection I realized they had not properly clipped the air vent. Both clips were missing which caused it to be loose. I am very disappointed with the service itself.
