I’m glad I was able to get a last-minute appointment, but I was disappointed with the service I received. When I checked in, I felt like I was being pushed to purchase additional services that I didn’t come in for. I let Alex know I was there for an oil change, but he went on to list several services I was overdue for since last year, emphasizing them as safety concerns. He continued to push these services and offered discounts, but I wasn’t interested. At checkout, it felt like he was frustrated that I declined the additional services. I explained that I’d prefer to have someone else review them before moving forward, but he didn’t seem receptive to that. I don’t mind the services offered here, but the check-in experience often feels overly pushy and focused on upselling, which makes me uncomfortable.

Took 25 minutes to get an advisor, had to ask multiple times, another advisor ended up helping me, it took them less than a minute to get the information into their tablet.
