Rosalina was great, even getting me a ride to my event after I checked in. My concern is not at all with her and more with the wait time to drop off my vehicle. I arrived at 0910 for a 0915 appointment and didn’t even get to the service bay until 1015. Cars were just lined up going nowhere. Seems like more appointments were booked than the facility could handle. Thank for allowing me to provide feedback. Rosalina was very accommodating once we were able to interact.

Your sales or customer representative (john), didnt inform me of the cost of my maintenance when he first talked to me. He just handed me the tablet and told me to sign. I had believed that the maintenance was still covered as the scheduled appointment said it was $0 when I booked the appointment. If I knew the cost I would've never came and wasted 3 hours for sometime oil change, tire rotation, and air filter.

Mariel was great. She had my loaner car ready and had all my information so it was easy in and out of the service department. Texted me when she had all the information on my car. Told me what they needed to do and now we are just waiting for the parts to come in. She was very polite and kind.

I was told my car would be ready at 12:30. When I got there my car hadn't been even taken to be serviced. I waited in the waiting room until 2:00! I went out to check ans it was parked on the side no one called me and I wasted my day there. Then the girl who gave me my keys just said I was wondering who's car was that. And I told her how long I was waiting and she never even apologized to me. Terrible service!!!

Joseph was amazingly extremely pleasant and helpful. He advised us that we had insurance for the repair that was needed for our car. Whereas another Honda dealership had advised me that the repairs on our vehicle repair amount was $2,000 and that we had no insurance, we found out different because Joseph took the time and interest in helping us in a huge way. Thank you, Joseph!! Thank you Cerritos Honda! The other dealer was Honda in Carson. Never going back there????Mrs. Gracia

Ruben was very professional and was very polite. He spoke to me as if he knew me for years. He shook my had and got me in and out at a decent time from when I got there at 8 am. Very nice guy.
