I had a great experience with my service advisor, Ernesto, at Honda. He was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived, made the entire process quick and seamless, and kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was his attention to detail and customer care—he even offered to walk me out to my car, which was a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. It’s clear he takes pride in providing excellent service. I truly appreciate the positive experience and would highly recommend working with him!

The check in agent attempted to sneak in extra services into my scheduled basic maintenance.I had to catch it and ask strictly for the maintenance and my alarm removal. I still got a higher priced maintenance than I originally signed up for without asking for it.
