I’m having a problem with this car and no one can figure out what the issue is. I feel like the techs are focused only on the battery and it's something else. Something is causing all these brake system codes to randomly pop up.

Andrew and Sam did an excellent job taking care of my needs and ensuring that the vehicle’s issues were diagnosed and repaired to the fullest to ensure I no longer had a check engine light come on. It took a long time, but the hard work was needed by the technicians to discover what the issues were, thankfully I was not pressed for time and was ultimately happy with the overall customer service, quality of work, and communication by your team.

When I to check for why vehicle is making noise when turn left. Your agency has some interesting policy to charge $120 to diagnose it. It is very strange that you want to charge it to just check on the vehicle. I didn’t ask for engine filter check but your staff checked it and pointed me it needs to be changed. My take so far is, you don’t care what customer sees the problem, instead you care about what cannot see. I am unable to say your service is good when I do not see things. You might have done work but I have no way to see it and hence I can not provide a feedback

When I arrived was told it would be 2 hours. It was 3.5 hours. It would have been nice if at 2 hours John would have told me it was going to take longer. I would have taken a shuttle. I had to keep checking every 30 minutes. John was professional and nice but not great with estimated time to wait. I had my small dog with me and she was getting ansíe in waiting so long
