After years of taking my Accord to Hoen Honda in Carlsbad, I decided to give Norm Reeves a try and they far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of Ernesto and his team. They took the time to clearly explain their service recommendations without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, and completed the work right on schedule. It was a refreshing experience, and I will absolutely be returning for all of my future service needs.

I specially asked for water in the empty reservoir for windshield wipers. I tried using it later and No fluid. It was still empty. It makes me wonder if the oil and filter was changed and the multi point check was completed!!

We were so thrilled with the awesome service we got from Denise Lopez and the service maintenance crew. Denise is just amazing - always professional, super kind, and pays attention to every little detail. She makes everything easy to understand and takes the stress out of the whole service process.
And let me tell you, the service maintenance team rocks! They make sure everything is done right. We really value how consistent and dedicated Denise and the team are. Because of their top-notch customer service, we actually look forward to dealing with them and really hope Denise continues to be our go-to service advisor. I'd totally recommend them to anyone!
