After I signed the paperwork, took my keys and went to the truck, I discovered the following.
1. Rear seat was up with the battery compartment off.
2. Upon attempting to start the vehicle, I observed the truck was left in SERVICE mode.

She took advantage of my young son, she didn’t ask him if he was okay performing all the extra services made to his Honda 3023 with only 17500 miles, he was there only for his 5 thousand miles oil service came out with an almost $400 bill , no professional at all

Last oil change my washer fluid light was on. I complained thinking they forgot to fill it. On check in yesterday I told him the story and that the washer fluid light was on and to check it during oil change. Paid for service, went out to pick up car and washer fluid light was still on. Went back in and told him and he said “oh, must be a sensor”. Ok can you fix it. He said it’s under warranty and we will have to replace bottle. I said ok, but have already been here a while and have an appt. He said it should take about 1.5 hours. I had to leave. Why didn’t they check it or figure it out while in for service than letting me discover they hadn’t addressed it?
