Enrique was exceptionally professional in handling my situation with my Tucson. I was extremely satisfied with the complete repair procedure. He was always available to answer any questions and I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful condition they returned the vehicle to me. Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego came thru for me big time! I was working in San Diego from out of town when my brake light assemblies began malfunctioning. The parts dept was quick to understand exactly what parts I needed, ordered them asap and they came in early! Then the service dept was able to move my install appt up 2 full days so my car was functioning properly and legally! My representative was Jessica H. and she was a delight to work with. And the parts were on sale for almost half the price I received from an LA dealer! I’m very very satisfied with my experience at Notme Reeves Toyota San Diego!

I received quick, professional, friendly service from Brenden.
When maintenance didn’t reset my screen after service, Brenden willingly did it for me and showed me how to navigate the screen options. Very helpful.
