My service consultant Jayden was awesome , but when I got into my vehicle to go home the check engine light was on and the oil change was done but the life was still at 57% not Jayden’s fault, more like negligence with your technicians the vehicle was driven 5 miles and nobody saw the light on. Really and I’m supposed to be completely satisfied with Jayden yes the rest of the service was actually a waste of my time, your service manger needs to go back to school and be taught some manners you asked!

Valerie provided the best service. This is the second time she’s assisted me in getting my car serviced. Both times she provided great service. I appreciate her taking the time to explain each recommended service and helped me decide what is critical and should be completed as soon as possible.

Took 2 hours for an oil change. Parts department was very helpful with my replacement clips and service person was very helpful with putting clips back in my engine cover that was loose

Although I am very satisfied with the service, I still would like to know if I am going to get reimbursed for the camera that I had installed before I found out that it was going to be a recall. Alejandra and the technician told me that more likely it would happen. I'll be waiting for a notice.

1/10 on communication. I took my car in for service 7 days ago, it was supposed to be ready in 2 hours. I’ve been ghosted ever since. Please someone call me.
