The recall work hasn’t been completed so I am disappointed. I was there 3 1/2 hours a week ago last Wednesday and he said they weren’t able to complete it due to computer problems at your service area. I have heard nothing since then. He did not even apologize.

The girl who answered to book my appointment wasn’t nice and extremely condescending in conversation. Ruben is always polite and helpful. He should be cloned and able to everyone. Ruben is the best!
