My favorite advisor will always be Michael Barr, No one takes good care of me as Micheal Barr. Today my car service was not a long wait which I was impressed. I was in and out. Michael even come by to the lobby to make sure I got his text about my car being ready for pick up. Whenever I come to get my car service I always ask for Micheal Barr. He definitely knows how to treat Honda Clients with great customer service.

Ernesto is one of the best service advisors. Every time I come in, I know I'll receive excellent service and honest guidance. I'm always impressed by the team's expertise and the way they care for my car. Team members like Ernesto are exactly why I continue coming back. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Denise recommended services that are not required. She tricked me to agree initially because she said the service is recommended based on mileage, not actual conditions. When I discover after later research this cleaning service is not needed until the mileage reaches 75k - 100k, I called in to cancel, she told me the service has been performed. My mileage is 35k. In addition, Denise told me my cabin air filter was very dirty, I told her it was just replaced at your dealership several months ago. Obviously, I was charged for the service last time that was not even performed. Denise agreed to comp me for the air filter, but I still contest the “cleaning service” she put on this RO. I was over charged $199. Not happy at all. I thought you folks are honest. I trusted you.

On the paperwork is says replace defective transmission mount,is this a Honda problem or is it the owner problem?

Oscar thoroughly explained the items they were going to check and when my vehicle would be available. All items were completed as promised and ontime. Oscar calls back promptly when I leave a message and is friendly and knowledgeable in our exchanges. It's been 12 days and I haven't seen the factory survey. I may have missed it but couldn't find it in my emails.

Service was amazing! Benito was friendly and efficient! I had made an appointment which was also so easy to do and then when I arrived early I was taken care of right away. The lounge where I waited for my service to be done was lovely and the coffee was amazing as well! It was fast and such a pleasure! Changed my mind about dealership service for sure!

Pablo Barbosa Bermejo was a Excellent experience with the Honda service center. The staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. They clearly explained the services available, answered all my questions, and made the process easy and straightforward. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. The customer service was outstanding, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for quality care for their Honda.
