Genaro Perez was truly amazing. He was incredibly professional and explained everything perfectly, including the charges. The service was prompt and convenient. He even asked if I planned to stay or wanted a ride home; thankfully, I stayed.He pointed out the seating and refreshments area for me. THANK YOU Genaro!

I called to check on my van. Service advisor was at lunch.I'd have to message for her to call me back. No one called me. No one called to even give me an update on my van. The next thing I knew they were here and dropping off my van.very very poor service

I was told by A.Sanchez that my car was going to be ready in 1 or less time so I waited but he was going to go lunch that somebody else will text me but no one texted me nor look for me in the waiting room area so when I went to ask what’s happened bcs over an hour past + more n I went to ask David Ochoa help me he ask n no one had my paperwork but the guy seating across fm Mr Ochoa was very busy in his phone that he did not hear Mr Ochoa asking for my paperwork until he lift his had n said o here is her paperwork after ask few times , I got really pisst bcs I had to go work n this guy make me be late for been in his phone n didn’t pay attention to what he should of done very mad I didn’t see his name but he sit across fm Mr Ochoa he is an oriental guy N that is why I was not very happy today at Honda

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and had already made an appointment. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early. Still it took almost 4 hours for them to finish the simple maintenance work.
