Without your expert alarm tech I would be up a creek without a paddle. And Ruben was very kind; professional and courteous! It’s always a pleasure to take my car in for service any time. Your facility is top notch.

The outcome wasn't to my satisfaction due to the packing sensors where not activated claiming that they needed to replace my entire front face on my Honda. That's not customer satisfaction on my book!
On the other hand, Your service Adrean was doing his best to help me out. GREAT GUY!

The young man who wrote up my service was not very enthusiastic about helping me. Maybe it was because I brought my car in for a recall notice. It felt like since the dealership wasn't going to make much money off of me, he was just wanting to get to the next customer. I had to wait 2 hours for someone to start fixing my car and the repair only took 45 minutes once they started on it. Then after watching my car being brought out, I had to go find someone to handle the paperwork and get me my key. If I had not sought out some help, I don't know how long it would have been before I could get out of there.

One demerit, I am disable so I asked to have my windshield cleaned. Unfortunately, Mr. PENA said the room with the towels was locked so it could not be done. By the way, I am Lloyd, Marina is my wife. We are both owners of both of the vehicles.

Candice Roxas came to my vehicle introduced herself and explained to me who she was and what would be happening today, that they would be taking a video of my vehicle and told me I could wait in her office that she would be there in a short while.
