Kyle answered all my the questions that I had. He also advised me of any upcoming maintenance for my vehicle. I really love the new facility. It's so convenient the way you all have it designed to where it an easy enter and exit from the building. I had a 2 1/2 hour wait today. But it was nice that you had coffee, water & snack. It came in handy. I waited for my car and it was so comfortable in the waiting area that I didn't even know that the time had passed when Kyle came and told me my car was ready. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

There was oil down my skid plate and forgot to put my cabinet air filter cover back on. The installed my glove box and what was in it knowing that they didn’t have the cabin filter cover on.
