Miguel is the best! He caught me dropping off the car after having it towed and you guys were closed. He still checked me and assured me my car would be taken care of. He went above and beyond and his customer service was top tier. Due to my experience working with different techs I will only choose to work with Miguel! Thank you so much for everything you have done for both of my cars. Since 2022!

The service was great, I am confused about when to have oils changed now. When I brought it in, I was told 10k miles until it reaches 100,000 miles. Then there was no oil on my dipstick, not good news. Then I was told every 5k miles to have oil changed. However when I picked it up, that guy told me every 3k miles as my car was burning oil. The sticker in the car says 90,000 to come back, when I left I had 86,600 about, for mileage. Can someone clarify? I’ve asked several times and the person helping me always said every 10k miles. But now my engine almost blew up with that message. Thank you, Debra F
