The service rep was excellent. When we got the car back we discovered that all the caps on the valve stems on the tires were loose, and the reason we were checking, it was telling us that the tires were low all of them were to the appropriate air pressure (33) except one, it was at 12. I’ve since aired up and tightened caps. And somehow the clock was reset seven or eight hours difference of what the time really is. It just makes me wonder if the rest of the service was done and done correctly??

Apparently making an appointment doesn't count for anything. I was there 15 minutes before my appointment time, but I still in my car 15 minutes after my appointment time. I was in the dealership for 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting (3rd free oil change).

Thanh is by far the best service advisor I have had overseeing my Civic at lNorm Reeves Honda!!! He greets me by name, he helps me keep up with the routine maintenance as well as repairs the car needs, he keeps me up to date on the progress of the service, as if it was his own car! I have purchased four Hondas over the years, all serviced at this location. Thanh is a major part of the reason our cars last so long and our friends want to buy them when we are ready to sell them! Thank you Thanh and Thank you Norm Reeves.
