I received a text telling me my vehicle was ready to take home. Upon arrival I was told it was being washed. Approximately one half hour later I was able to drive it home. Once at home I examined the rear cargo area as the third seats were checked for functionality by the service crew. I found the third seat cover still haphazardly pulled back, seats exposed and items I stored there strewn about!

Benito is exceptional with always ensuring i have the smoothest time during my car service. He is upfront and honest with what needs to be done and what can hold off so i dont spend a ridiculous amount of money every time i come by!

Richard was great and understanding of my surprise regarding the cost of repair. He understood that a lapse in communication took place regarding the expired warranty. We were under the impression of an another warranty. He provided great service and understanding and gave me a fair price.
