I went to replace the air cleaner and the existing filter was almost new; no discoloration or filth. The new filter was about $15 and only two snap clips to get to it; The whole job took about 5 minutes. You quoted about $80; that is quite a bit of profit margin! I have not checked the cabin filter yet.

We feel frustrated that such a major repair came up within 5 months of our major 100,000 mile over $2,500 service on a car that is only 9 years old and has been painstakingly maintained. Perhaps this is not a service issue, but a general Honda quality issue. We’ve been Honda owners since 1984 and are disappointed.

All of the customer service employees I worked with from the service department to the sales department were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Martin in the service department was very good at communicating all of the services that were available for my vehicle and the cost of each one. Even when Martin was out, his coworkers stepped in and answered my questions. The team clearly works well together. Alexis in the sales department did not make me feel preassured to purchase a new car and followed up with me in a respectful manner. This experience makes me want to come back to Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina.

Aaron, my service advisor was great. He did a great job providing what he needed to provide. He wrote down everything I need to be done to the car my oil change he recommended a four wheel alignment which I decline and I also asked for him to put in the notes if they could put back the shield guard under the car, but was not done by the technician they had done the car and was not given my multi point inspection neither in text or in paper Which I know at the end of the day, the technician had to write down the motor point inspection give it to Aaron, but when I given, I thought I had it on the paperwork, but when I got home, it was not there

Robert was great,He was curteous and very friendly but the wait time and the servicing needs improving. My appointment time was 8:20, but people that came after me was help first.I know doing an oil change is not a big deal, but it's still service and I would appreciated being treated fairly..Other than that, everything else was good.
