Benito Torres is our knowledgeable and trustworthy service advisor. He is familiar with our 2 CRV’s and is always helpful. Today the technician was able to service our CRV in 45 minutes, including the Multipoint Inspection.

i came to Norm Reeves Toyota dealer today 5-7-2026 for an alignment and they gave me a carinspection. After 5 hous Service, Service said car is good to go.
I got out of the dealership and my car began to hesitate, it ran for a 300 hundred feet and stopped dead, losing all the power! This is too dangerous for ma Senior. Called AAA and they towed my car back to Norm Reeves dealer, left my car overnight under the guidance of a Service lady.
This is really bad of what Norm Reeves Service did to me, a senior handicapped person!
Now i have to cancel my religious service for tomorrow. Very very sad of the car service at San Diego Norm Reeves Toyota.

I ask if you guys could check My wiper fluid not working and instead I was told I needed to make an appointment for another day don't understand your policy don't know if I will come back to you folks again don't think it's right to make me waste time for you folks to check My suv
