Timothy was great to work with. Very responsive and thorough. He went out of his way to make sure I was fully satisfied with my service. I can’t say I’ve ever had as pleasant an experience at Ford. This is the first vehicle I’ve gotten from Sutton Ford but not my first Ford.. each experience thus far at Sutton has been awesome.
