Bryan is always professional, very knowledgeable, quick and the work is done right the first time. I was told it would take a little over an hour but sure enough less than one hour he was done. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable and confident in using the LoJack app. Where he installed it I cant even see it which is excellent. I feel very very very safe! I've enjoyed using the app thus far. I've told others to go to Sutton Ford and go see Bryan! Excellent guy! We ONLY buy from Sutton my parents have for decades and the rest of my family and friends will continue to as well! Bryan helps to keep our cars preforming at its best!

I was supposed to be getting feedback from Bryan in quick lanes in reference to my 2025Bronco. He has not called and when I call, he’s never available. I left my call back number twice and he has not responded. I have also texted him and still no response. I’m very disappointed in his costumer service.
