It's always great service from Tony! The service tech that has done my car the past two times is actually been earlier but respectful by calling first and he always does a superb job! Tony sets up the appointments perfectly follow through with possible services that might be needed because of the time. Like air filters and cabin filters. I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received! The only thing that I am disappointed is is that I'm being charged the 3% tax for using my debit card one by law it's only for credit card usage! I've been taxed at 3% three times now but didn't find out until the second time. And I found out today that you guys do not charge that tax when people bring their cars into the shop! I'm really hoping that somebody gets back to me and possibly refunds me that 3% tax from this recent service and the past service that I was illegally being charged.

Bought a Chevy Colorado had a problem with the temperature gauge. It took you guys just about a month to figure out what was wrong. First payment is coming up and my son just got the truck back. Pretty crappy service

I’ve been taking my car to Bryon at Sutton Ford for the longest, and he never disappoints! As a service advisor, he is always professional, helpful, honest, and keeps me updated throughout the entire process. He makes sure everything is handled properly and always goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress free. It’s hard finding people you can truly trust with your vehicle, and Bryon has definitely earned that trust over the years. Highly recommend asking for him if you need your car serviced!

To date, Gloria ALWAYS goes above and beyond. She exceeds customer service expectations and is the reason I continue to frequent the location for my services. I appreciate her and the gentleman who always welcomes me with sincere care, unfortunately I don’t know his name but I’m always guaranteed to smile when I see him.
