Melissa is so engaging and caring. When I bring my car in it’s like visiting with an old friend that you’re happy to see. She takes great care of my vehicle and always makes me feel like my time and patronage are valued.

Jillian gives top tier customer service. She explained in detail what my warranty covers and what I could expect to pay. She picked out a loaner car that resembled my car so that I could be comfortable. She then hooked up my phone to the loaner , explained the gears, and auto lights. She replaced the cover on my keys at no cost and found $223 of credit I used towards the charges to fix my car. She let me know immediately when my car was done and she did this all with patience and a smile. Jillian made me feel appreciated !!!
