So far everything seems to be working fine. This was for air conditioning service. Jillian, the service rep that supervised my repair was nice to work with. She kept me informed of findings, options and progress. She even arranged for me to use a loaner car. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Jillian gives top tier customer service. She explained in detail what my warranty covers and what I could expect to pay. She picked out a loaner car that resembled my car so that I could be comfortable. She then hooked up my phone to the loaner , explained the gears, and auto lights. She replaced the cover on my keys at no cost and found $223 of credit I used towards the charges to fix my car. She let me know immediately when my car was done and she did this all with patience and a smile. Jillian made me feel appreciated !!!
