I told the service rep that I had a coupon for $59.99 to get The Works service done on my Ford Explorer, but that I had forgotten the coupon at home, he statedc”I’ll take care of you” I understood that that he implied that he would honor the coupon, when I went to close out my bill the coupon discount was not honored. To make matter worse, my tires were not rotated yet The Works service includes that, so in theory I paid for tire rotation and it was not performed. Also, I wasnt given a printout of the multi point inspection done by the mechanic. Terrible experience today.
