Timothy was great, he explained what was going to be done to my car, how long it would take and he answered every question I had. He called me once they knew what was going on with my car and let me know my options and called me when the car was ready. He made the whole experience stress free and I felt comfortable leaving my car there. I went to the ford dealership in Merrillville Indiana and had the opposite experience, it was the worst experience so I was worried about trying this dealership but Timothy made my worries go away. I’m very happy with my experience with the shop and with Timothy.
