I’m not sure if not locking car doors while vehicle is on the lot, not being serviced, is a standard practice, but it always seems to be the case. I definitely have an issue with that. It’s a small step to secure a person’s property with the key in their hand— the same way service and dealer employees secure their personal cars on the lot. The same way the new & used vehicles are secured on the lot.

Byron has been very helpful, however, the issue with my TPS sensor is still occurring. I hope that the issue will be resolved really soon.

I always receive excellent service when I come into Ford for car service Brian is an excellent customer service guy . he is very knowledgeable. Very thorough. He gets the job done. you have a very excellent service department. It makes it worth the wait .

Only thing wrong is why make appts if my car isn't taken till 45 mins past appt time.maybe a courtesy call like hey we are running behind come 15 mins later....
