Doing the time I bought my vehicle in the first two times I could not get it done because the service was not available. Received a call from Mr. Brian to let me know that I could bring my truck in and that it would be repaired upon their arrival I received the upmost professional courtesy from Mr. Brain with the help of other staff members . Always satisfied, with the quick lane Service.

Gloria was wonderful. I can’t say the same for the service. had an appointment for 7:15 am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was back home at 11:00 am. My question is, why make an appointment if it isn’t honored? My car wasn’t taken into the shop until 8:30 am. How does an oil change and tire rotation take over 3 hours. I have been a long time customer of Sutton Ford. I will not be coming back.
