I had 3 problems 1the break lights stayed on 2 the TPMS sensors needed replacing or setting 3 my key fob didn't work. You had to diagnose the vehicle to find out what was going on however, there were three different diagnoses that I was charged for and the only thing that was fixed when I picked up my vehicle was the brake light switch I was told that they could not tell which TPMS was bad so nothing was done about that. also I was told that I have to have a special part to fix the key fob so that was not fixed either. After leaving the dealership with my dcar I went to another mechanic not a ford mechanic and they set reset my key fob now it's working. Suttondd charge me for diagnose and did not fix my key fob or my TPMS sensor but I was charged. I don't think that's fair to be charged for something that you did not know how to fix I would like a partial refund I feel that would make it right
