There were two Brian’s at my service today. I appreciate the Brian that took time to explain the severity of my rear brakes condition. I appreciate the other Brian that informed me a recall from 2020 was in the system regarding door latches that was not shared with me when my car was in the shop for a week due to transmission issues.
