I had a 9:15 appointment for an oil change, didn't get my car done until 1:00. I don't feel 4 hours is appropriate. They apologized and said everyone came in at once, I don't know if they overbooked or people came in earlier than scheduled appointments either way this was unacceptable to me .

Drop my car off at 8:25 for an oil change. Had to call at 2 because no one ever called and said it was ready. After that I was told they would pick me up. Waited until 4:30 no One ever showed. Had to get a neighbor to bring me to pick up my Car . Very disappointed in the customer service provided today.

Since Jason has become my Service Advisor for about 2 years, I think he has been exactly that my Service Advisor.I can talk to him, he actually listens, makes recommendations, and we move forward. He is always professional and above all respectful.
