Every time I bring my car into Sutton Ford, the technician always tells me a lie, I recently had my car serviced somewhere else and if my axle would have been leaking oil as Sutton’s technician stated they would have informed me. I only brought my car in because I had a coupon for “the works”. I will not be bringing my car there again, coupon or not !!! Sutton Ford employees are liars and crooks. HONESTLY IS THE BEST POLICY !!

My car was at a repair shop for two days from Friday to Saturday. The car was not washed, and no one asked me if I wanted it washed. I assumed that because there was bird poop on my car, the car would have been washed.
