Bryan Jones assisted me in obtaining an all points inspection for my car that I’m taking on a trip next week. He is so knowledgeable about cars and is very professional handling his job. The computer system was having problems on the day I went, but he was able to manage despite that adversity.

Excellent customer service from Gloria Seller. She was courtesy and efficient. However, between answering the phone and waiting on customers at the window, the cashier felt overwhelmed. The overall Sutton Ford experience was good.
