Excellent service. Timothy kept me informed The whole time. There was an issue getting the parts necessary, he kept me informed what was happening and has continued in his efforts to resolve the parts issue. Great service

I truly appreciate the great service that Ms. Gloria Seller has provided for me. She was very professional and she gave great advice on the work that my vehicle needed. I also appreciate how each employee that came to work early Monday morning (February 2, 2026) said good morning to everyone in the shop (customers as well as employees). What a wonderful act of kindness. It showed that everyone at Ford enjoyed working there. I also appreciate the pickup and drop off services. The men (Robert and I don’t recall the other gentleman name)were very nice and friendly.

Jillian was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions, truly empathized with my situation, and even suggested helpful options to make getting my car back easier once service was complete (the service valet was a lifesaver!). She has excellent customer service skills and is also very knowledgeable about cars and their issues. She’s great! Thank you, Jillian!

Went above and beyond! Ensured I was completely taken care of down to getting air in my tires because he noticed they were low. Thoroughly explained the issues with my car and what they did to fix it.

Bryan Jones is by far the best Quick Lane Manager Sutton Ford has. He’s always polite and caters to my service needs. He makes great recommendations for my vehicle maintenance. I cannot imagine Quick Lane without Bryan.
