Jason did an excellent job in showing concern for me, the customer when I had to leave my car unexpectedly overnight because their tire mounting machine needed a part. He was kind and businesslike which meant a lot to me. He represented the Quick lane well.

In my experience it is always a nightmare having my car serviced at the dealer for one reason or another. This time the communication about servicing was awful, incorrect and caused me great inconvenience.

Check engine lite is back on a day after picking my car up. Piece on my headlight was damage while in your shop. I was told I needed a new battery because it will not hold a charge but battery was only three months old. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I was told I would get phone calls back that never happened he never had the information I asked for. I will be contacting the service manager tomorrow.
