The customer service was subpar at best. My car was held for a total of 17 days with me having to call for an update! I was charged 2 days for the loaner vehicle and consistently had to state my requested repairs narrative. Jaime did try to make it better but I was still out of over $300 for only one repair to have been completed and it was under warranty. When picking up my car, I had to search for my vehicle by sounding the alarm only to have to walk to the end of the lot where the stored vehicles are located. So, the customer care & service was lacking as they could have driven my car to the front as opposed to having me play hide & seek in order to locate my vehicle. I’m am extremely dissatisfied!!!

Jason was amazing! I had concerns about my battery and he checked it over and replaced it. Thankfully I asked him about it and took care of it for me! This was my first time going to Sutton Ford and I will definitely be back for service!
