The back hatch area was not vacuumed. My car was serviced on Monday and I just received a text on Saturday that the service is complete and my car is ready to go home.

That Auto Butler service was done quicker than I expected. Normally it's 3 to 5 hours today it's was less than an hour.

The service Gloria provided was exceptional. Excellent from the moment I walked in to my service was complete. I was highly pleased and satisfied. She was kind considerate and professional. It was customer service at its best. Because of her amazing service I would give Sutton Ford the highest rating.

Melissa is awesome! She not only got the recall problems fixed with my vehicle, she had it cleaned and washed for me. I noticed soon after driving off the lot there was another issue that was not addressed. Melissa apologized for the inconvenience and needed to keep my vehicle overnight to fix the problem since it was at the end of the day. When she called me the next morning, she was so apologetic and offered to have my vehicle delivered to me once they fixed the issue. While I knew her intentions were pure, I felt more comfortable being picked up instead. When I arrived, she was happy to report that everything was running smoothly with my vehicle and had it cleaned again. She also fixed the issue free of charge to the inconvenience of keeping my vehicle all day and overnight. I went in expecting to fight and argue with whoever and Melissa killed all of that with her kindness and understanding of my needs. She's a great person.

jason is an excellent service associate if he hasn’t, he should get some type of bonus this year he serviced me the entire year and his service was always excellent. He’s well knowledge he explains everything to you. he is a gentleman at all times I’ll let you know how long it’s gonna take your car to get serviced . he is a keeper.

It took four hours to do an oil change and replace the lo jack cord as far as I’m concerned unacceptable and my son called while I was there waiting and spoke with the general manager he told my son that he would get in contact with me while I was there, but I never saw him. We were also looking for a trading quote, but I’m sure I will never go to Sutton Ford again.
