Timothy’s over 20 years of dealership experience really shined through for me He took the time to explain how a premier warranty was beneficial which I bought he helped me into a rental he updated me daily regarding the care of my vehicle he explained the work being done on my vehicle in words I can understand and when the warranty company tried to bite back he fought for me and got me covered Sutton Ford has Superstars for employees!!

Brian was good with keeping me informed. However I had to bring the car back because the mechanic didn’t put the door panel on correctly the first time. It shouldn’t have been let out of the shop like that in the first place.

Jason kept me informed and reviewed all the options for service. He helped me come up with a plan for the day and my next visit. Jason was very helpful. It was an hour and a half wait for an oil change and I had a 7:15 appointment. Waiting that long with an scheduled appointment was a bad experience.
