Very disappointed in my vist. Not only did I not get want i needed. When speaking to my service person he forget to mention a vital reason I came in. I told him there was something wrong with my acceleration and that it was a burning smell. Turns out all they heard was my car had a burning smell. So not only did I not find out the problem, I paid $200 for no reason. They Told me something that I already knew. Then when I brought up what was the issue with the acceleration they said all they had in the notes was the burning smell and in order to look for the acceleration problem that would be another $200. On top of that nothing else was checked, I have had two diagnostic tests at a differnt mechanic and not only did they check the issue I explained they check the entire car for way less that $200. This was my first time coming to Sutton and it will be my VERY Last time. This was an ultimate waste of time and money.

Gloria was very excellent with the customer service she provided. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable even with my 2012 Lincoln MKZ which is an excellent condition. I keep it that way by going to Sutton Ford and keep up with my regular scheduled maintenance. There was a small problem with the person who serviced my car by putting the maximum allowed air in my tires. It was a rough ride home. He read the tire wall wrong and put the maximum a 40 lbs. Which he thought was the regular inflation required. I put between 36 and 38 for a comfortable ride. No worries it was a human error. Gloria did inform him about that which I am sure he will gain wisdom from his error and I appreciate his work.
