Cars are all very similar, the difference is the staff separating yourself from others. This is done with people like Jillian who I cannot say enough positives about the reason I will continue to return to Sutton Ford.

Came in because i was told your store had a road force wheel balancer, i have a f450 on 19.5 wheels. That balancer is the only to get them right. I offered to pay extra because i know debeading and rotating the tire on the rim **** and your tech should get paid. When i left i have a mild vibration still, when i looked at the tires and wheels from under the truck. None show signs of the full process. No marks from soap. No chalk lines. Nothing.
